Licensed Materials: Any licensed materials included in the software listed on this web site are governed exclusively by the license terms accompanying the file or the terms of the license agreement which accompanied the original materials licensed by you which you are updating, and by downloading such licensed materials, you agree to abide by the terms of the license. Law expressly prohibits any reproduction or redistribution of such software or materials not in accordance with the applicable license.

Update/install Process: The software update and/or installation MUST BE EXECUTED BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTION GIVEN FOR THE SOFTWARE. Limitation of Liability: SHARP ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY for any conflict, fault, or damage affecting the unit or your PC caused by any other update and/or installation attempt not following the process given by Sharp, and SHARP's warranty shall not cover such damages arising from any inproper use and attempt of the software.
