Please check the ROM version and the synchronization software version.
You can check the ROM version on the Zaurus by going into the applications tab (1st tab) and selecting the system info icon.

1. Open this application and go to the Version tab (4th tab in the application).
2. Scroll down to the bottom where it says Linux Kernel version. You will see a ROM version number on the last line.
3. If you do not have version 2.37, click here to download.

        You have the latest synchronization software update and the latest ROM version. It is not necessary to update your software at this time.

        It is recommended that you download the latest synchronization software and ROM update. If you are not able to download the files, please select the option to order a CD, and we will mail you a CD with the latest updates.
